Ingredient
2 tablespoons butter.
Onion 1/4 cup.
Wheat flour 2 tsp.
Fresh condensed milk 1/2 cup.
Water 1/4 cup.
Salt 1/4 tsp.
Potatoes are the fourth person.
Cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp.
Ham, cut a 1/2 cup.
Cheese, shredded 1/3 cup.

How do
1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and stripping. Foil. The oven at 350F for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
2. Squeeze out the potatoes to the hot potato.
3. Put enough melted butter to the pan. Add onion and fry to brown and fragrant.
4. Add flour and stir to combine, add condensed milk, fresh water, stir well and season with salt, pepper and stir into the cream thickens.
5. Put a little butter in a saucepan. Ham, hot enough to fry or to burn it.
6. A beautiful salad plate. The potatoes are baked in a hot plate. Topped with white sauce mixture (Section 4) on the potatoes, ham and garnish with grated cheese. Served hot.
