Benihana Salad Dressing
Yield: 4 Servings
1/4 c Onion,chop
1/4 c Peanut oil
2 T Rice wine vinegar
2 T Water
1 T Ginger root,chop
1 T Celery,chop
1 T Soy sauce
1 1/2 t Tomato paste
1 1/2 t Sugar
1 t Lemon juice
1 ds Salt & pepper
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until
almost smooth.
