ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 fresh red chillies, seeded and
finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
250g/9oz crab sticks
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
• In a frying pan, a wok or a
saucepan, heat the oil over a
medium heat. Sauté the onion for a
few minutes. Add the chillies and
garlic, and continue to sauté,
stirring, for a further 1 minute.
• Tip in the crab sticks and cook for
2 minutes, until they have broken
up, then fold in the soy sauce and
sesame oil. Serve immediately.
