Cornbread From Homemade Cornbread Mix

1 egg --,Beaten
1/2 c water
2 T butter --,Melted
1 1/4 c homemade cornbread mix
Preheat oven to 425. Butter a 5" x 3" loaf pan.
In a bowl, beat together egg, water, butter; stir in homemade
cornbread mix just until moistened. Do NOT ove rmix. Batter will be
lumpy. Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake for20-25 minutes. Makes
1 loaf.
