Creamy Ham Bricoli Casserole
Eating Broccoli on a regular basis. This reduces the risk of heart disease by up to 20% and also contains vitamin C which helps prevent muscle pain, joint pain and arthritis as well. Casually put in a salad or soup, it's not bad.
Ingredient
Broccoli, sliced 2 cups.
Macaroni 1 bag of 8 oz.
1 cup diced ham.
Red bell pepper, chopped 1/2 cup.
2 cups milk.
2 tablespoons corn starch.
Flakes, bread crumbs (breadcrumbsb) 3/4 cup.
2 tablespoons margarine.
Pepper 1/4 tsp.
Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup.
How do
1. Heated oven at 350 F. Spay spray oil over a bowl to use. Boil the macaroni is cooked just enough. Sweet pepper, cut into small pieces. Broccoli, ham, cut into slices, Lubbock, grated cheese and set aside.
2. The macaroni, ham, Broccoli and sweet pepper, mixing bowl and set aside.
3. Mix flour with milk and pepper together in a pot. Let dough thaw. Bring to boil stirring all the time light.
4. Enough flour to thicken add cheese stir to melt cheese. Then pour the mixture into the macaroni.
5. Mix bread crumbs, cayenne. And margarine together. On well together. Sprinkle over the macaroni.
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
