ingredients
3 bacon rashers, cut into thin
strips
12 pitted prunes
11⁄2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
• Soak 12 toothpicks in cold water
for 30 minutes to prevent them
burning. Wrap a piece of bacon
around each prune, and secure
with a toothpick.
• Preheat the grill until hot. Grill the
prunes, turning occasionally, until
the bacon is crisp.
• Serve hot, sprinkled with the
Tabasco sauce.
