1 c white wine vinegar
1 c olive oil
1/2 c white wine
1 oregano
1 thyme
1 salt
10 garlic,mince
1 1/2 t hot sauce
Mix all ingredients and marinate two whole chicken which have been
cut in half. Marinate several hours in refrigerator. Grill chickens
slowly until done.
