Ingredients (for 4).
Combine 1 cup whole wheat.
2 cups rice.
1 cup chopped ginger glasses.
Mushroom 8 flowers.
White tofu, cut into dice 1/2 cup.
Soya sauce 1/2 cup.
10 cups fish stock.
1 teaspoon salt.
Pepper for seasoning.
Road onion, ginger, for decoration.
How to do
Soaked in soy sauce, tofu, soy sauce, about 10 minutes, filtered off and set aside. Soak mushrooms in water until soft. Drain and set aside.
Set the pot over medium heat and add stock, cereals, rice, ginger, and cook until mushrooms are cooked with tofu, salt and pepper, stir well and taste to taste before serving and garnish with onion, ginger alley.
