1 clove garlic,pressed or
-minced
2 ozs anchovy paste
1/4 c green onions,finely chopped
2 T fresh lemon juice
2 1/2 ozs tarragon vinegar
1/2 pt sour cream
2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c finely parsley,Chopped
salt & pepper,To Taste
Combine above ingredients in blender and blend until well-mixed, or
mix together thoroughly. Chill.
