Poormans Shake N Bake
4 c flour
2 t cayenne pepper
1 c bran flake cereal,crushed
2 T parsley flakes
2 t garlic powder
1 T onion powder
2 t chili powder
2 T taco seasoning
1 t season pepper
1 t curry (or more)
1 t sweet basil
1 t oregano
Mix all together and use for coating any and all types of meat. Use a large size
ZipLoc and just keep it in the freezer.
