1 1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
2 1/4 c granulated sugar
1/4 t salt -- if desired
1 1/3 c water,Boiling
1 1/2 t vanilla extract
In a heavy saucepan, combine cocoa powder, sugar and salt (if using).
Gradually stir in boiling water. Stir frequently over medium heat
