Homemade Muffin Mix

8 c unbleached flour -- or
1 all-purpose
3 c sugar
3 T baking powder
2 t salt
2 t cinnamon,Ground
2 t nutmeg,Ground
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon
and nutmeg. Mix well. Put into a large airtight container. Seal
and label with date and ingredients. Storein a cool, dry place. Use
within 6-8 months.
Makes about 11 cups of Homemade Muffin Mix.
