White Cheddar Dipping Sauce

White Cheddar Dipping Sauce
1/2 c Heavy Cream
2 oz White Cheddar Cheese --
: Grated
1 TB Butter
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring
the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes
or until thickened. Serve hot.
